1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect and why

Only the data you enter in the site's enquiry form: your name, phone, email and the descriptive information about your case — which activity interests you, which area and whether you have dived before. It is used to process your enquiry: passing it to the collaborating professional so they can study it and contact you, and to handle any communications you send us.

3. Legal basis and data sharing

The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting, which specifically informs you of that sharing. It can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the controller. From the moment of the hand-off, the professional becomes responsible for their own processing of your data. No other transfers take place unless legally required. The source of the visit and site usage measurement are processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object by writing to Alejandrodfco@gmail.com.

Hosting, email and office-software providers act as processors on the controller's behalf, with the safeguards of Article 28 GDPR and, where based outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention and rights

Enquiry data is kept for fourteen months from receipt; after that only statistical information that does not identify you is retained. You may request deletion earlier at any time. If you believe the processing infringes the regulations, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
